It’s been such an honor to support Elizabeth A. Burnham (aka “Liz”) over the past several months as she’s stepped into her next chapter—not just as a certified somatic coach and Reiki practitioner, but as a soul-led entrepreneur. When Liz first came to me, she had already taken a few big steps: earning her certifications, doing a lot of inner work, and starting to show up on social media. But like so many new business owners, she was still feeling a bit ungrounded—unsure of how to fully align her brand and voice with her deeper purpose.
Together, we explored her Human Design as a Projector, refined her offers, and built a business strategy that honors her energy and values. Through coaching, brand clarity, and strategy work, Liz began to feel more confident, visible, and rooted in her mission to help women transform stress, disconnection, and self-doubt into clarity, confidence, and purpose. One of the most transformative parts of our journey together was attending my Soul Profits Retreat in Mexico. Immersed in an amazing community of women soulpreneurs and a completely different rhythm of life, Liz experienced a powerful reset—letting go of control, releasing old patterns, and reconnecting with joy, possibility, and presence. Today, Liz is running her business with so much more clarity and alignment. She’s showing up with a renewed sense of confidence in her brand, her message, and her next steps—and doing it all while managing single motherhood and a full-time corporate role. Her story is a reminder that it is possible to build a soul-aligned business even when life feels full, and that with the right support, clarity, and compassion, you can create a business that truly reflects who you are.
